The new, sustainable office for Triodos Bank in Driebergen-Rijsenburg has been built demountable. After the lifespan of the office, the office can be dissembled, after which the parts and materials can be reused.

The new Triodos Bank office has a surface of almost 13,000 m2 spread over three towers of two, three and five floors. The office is provided with as much natural light as possible, to which our lalinea glass walls, the first wall you will hardly see, allowing natural light in the space.

The project for Triodos Bank connects culture, nature and the economy and it excels in sustainability and circularity. Besides the fact that the office itself is energy neutral, it is also important that parts and materials that were used were demountable.

Maars wall systems are easy to dismantle and reassemble and therefore contribute to this demountable office. The building has a BREEAM Outstanding certificate, making it one of the top 12% most sustainable buildings in the Netherlands.

This project is a joint development of Triodos Bank and EDGE Technologies. Construction has been done by J.P. van Eesteren.
